As I look back on the past year at Town ‘N’ Country Animal Hospital, I’m incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made together. This year was about thoughtful, intentional change—refining how we practice medicine, strengthening our team, and staying true to the standards our clients and patients deserve. We challenged old habits, embraced new perspectives, and made decisions rooted in science, compassion, and long-term sustainability.
None of this would be possible without our extraordinarily dedicated team. Their commitment, curiosity, and care for every patient is what drives this hospital forward each day. I am also deeply grateful to our phenomenal clients, who trust us with their beloved furry family members and give us the privilege of caring for them—it is a responsibility we never take lightly.
Looking ahead, our focus is even clearer. We anticipate bringing back Wellness Plans to make preventive care more accessible, continuing to upgrade our vaccine protocols as the science evolves, and further investing in our team and hospital culture, because great medicine starts with supported people. As we move toward 2026, we are intentionally dedicating ourselves to our core value of unparalleled medicine—raising the bar in clinical excellence, communication, and care at every level.
