doggy daycareDoggy Daycare at Town N Country is a place for your furry friend to thrive, both physically and emotionally. Dogs have a safe, fun, and engaging environment where they can socialize, exercise, and enjoy enriching activities with people who absolutely adore them. Regular attendance at Doggy Daycare helps to keep pets healthy physically and mentally. Plus – it’s simply a fun place for dogs to make new friends. As we continue to grow and improve our boarding and daycare services, we’re implementing a few changes to better serve you and your pets.

What’s New?

Daycare Drop-Off Cutoff:

To ensure a smooth and safe start to each day, daycare drop-offs must now be completed by 10:00 AM.

Food Guidelines:

For health and safety reasons, raw diets will no longer be allowed.

All food must be pre-portioned in either Ziploc bags or arrive at the clinic in a sealable plastic container to streamline feeding times.

Late Pickup Fee:

Pets picked up after 6:00 PM will incur a late pickup fee of $2 per minute up to 6:15 PM. If you are running behind and your pet is still here at 6:15 PM, don’t worry, we will tuck them in for the night and they can enjoy daycare again on the next day. We appreciate your understanding as we work to accommodate our staff schedules and other animals in our care.

Expanded Saturday Boarding Drop-Offs at Forestdale:

We’re thrilled to now offer Saturday drop-offs between 7:00-10:00 AM at our Forestdale location!

To keep things running efficiently, please arrive at your scheduled time and complete all of the necessary paperwork in advance.

New Saturday Boarding Pickup Times at Forestdale:

We’re also adding Saturday pickup times between 4:00-6:00 PM at our Forestdale location.

All pickups during these times must be pre-scheduled and prepaid.

Leave the Beds at Home:

While we know how comfy their favorite bed can be, we kindly ask you not to bring beds with your pets. Don’t worry—we’ll provide cozy, clean bedding for their stay! If you would like to bring a smaller, lightweight item like a baby blanket or bandana with your pheromones on it, we understand.

These updates are designed with your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness in mind, as well as to ensure the best experience for all of our clients. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to make improvements.
