The Jim Jam Yappy Hour event was presented by Old North Canine Rescue and held on Saturday, 8/13 at The Grove Winery. It was a musical event with performances by Back Porch Orchestra, Shaggie Maggie and the Retro Band. Wines were available to sample, adoptable dogs were onsite and attendees could even participate in a 50/50 raffle.
Sponsors included Max Lloyd of the The Grove Winery, who supplied the venue. Vickie Hundley of Hundley Real Estate provided the sound system. Our own Dr. King provided Frisbees for the guests’ recreationy. Heavenly Smoke supplied a food truck that humans and dogs both enjoyed!
