We love being a part of the greater good! Because of this we volunteered to be a part of an ongoing tick study with the NC Department of Health and Human Services. We collect ticks from our patients and provide the study with specimens to perform epidemiological studies. Unfortunately, we collected all of the ticks in this image – in only three days.
That’s way too many ticks on our puppies and kitties, which means that they aren’t getting the protection they need. Make sure you’re using a good quality tick preventative.
