When you’re concerned about your pet, we are, too! When you have a question, we want you to have an answer. While we love technology, we don’t want you to have to resort to the dubious Dr. Google or his partner Dr. YouTube. We want you to be able to talk to us. That’s why we offer you a wide range of ways to get in touch.
Ma Bell. During business hours, you can simply pick up the phone and dial 336.227.9979. One of our receptionists will take your information, and we’ll get back in touch with you as soon as possible. You may get an answering machine at first, but you can rest assured that messages are listened to every hour.
Sir App. You can reach out to us on either of our two apps – one for regular appointments, and one for TeleVisits:
- PetDesk enables you to make appointments, refill prescriptions, call or text us. It also has a place to store information about your pet’s medical history, as well as food, medication, and preventatives. When you download the app, you should already see that your pets are already in your account. (If they are not, let us know!)
- TeleVet gives you access to your vet remotely. You can choose to either Instant Message or have an actual video consultation. Find out more about TeleVet here.
Miss Text. For those who prefer texting to actual talking, you can text us at 336.536.6655. Our office staff regularly checks messages, and passes them along to the vet who has been working with your pet or the on call doctor. If you text us after hours, note that we will get back with you the next day!
Count Contact. For those who like the convenience of email, we have a contact form on our website.
Mark Zuckerberg. Sending us a message via Facebook isn’t the quickest way to get to us, but it’s convenient, especially if you don’t have an urgent issue. Warning – you’ll probably get ads related to any issues that crop up, but that’s how Facebook makes its money.😉
You Yourself. Of course our favorite way to talk to you is face to face. Schedule an appointment with us, and we’ll bypass all that newfangled technology for an old fashioned chin wag.
However you choose to get in touch – telephone, text, email, app, or face to face Dr. King, Dr. Bolynn, and Dr. Horn are here for you and for your pet. Your pet is important to us, and that’s something worth talking about.
PS After hours you can call 336.227.9979 and leave a message we will call you back.  Any non-medical calls will be returned the next day. Calls will be returned until 10 pm. After 10pm we recommend All Paws Pet Emergency Hospital.
